Hand Print Spider Halloween Card
Cost: approximately $3
Time: about 10 minutes
Materials: orange construction paper, black paint, googly eyes, markers, glue, paintbrush/foam brush
1.) Fold the orange piece of construction paper to make a greeting card.
2.) Draw 3 straight lines out from any corner.
I used a white paint marker.
3.) Link the lines together with a wave like pattern to create the spider web.
4.) Paint palm and fingers with black paint, but do not paint the thumb.
My daughter is 2 and her hand fit perfectly on this size paper.
5.) Press hand onto orange construction paper with finger tips close to the edge.
6.) Paint hand again and press onto paper overlapping the original palm print.
7.) After the paint dries glue the googly eyes on and use the paint marker to make a little smile.
8.) On the inside of the card write a Halloween message.
I used letter stickers.
9.) Deliver your card and make someone smile…
Dilly’s card will be given to her Nana.

This is a really cute idea!! The kids will love getting out the paints and making cards for Halloween.
This is an adorable idea. I wish I had little kids to do this with. Might have to incorporate it into my bullying curriculum with my kindergarten and 1st graders.
