Sugar is napping…. for the time being so time to tell you all about an awesome diaper company. By now I am sure you realize I love trying out new cloth diapers and different types as well, so I was really excited to try out an AIO – it was my first time! And so when the package from Blissful Booty Cloth Diapers arrived I couldn’t wait to try them out, but gosh I was shocked when I opened the package and found a whole assortment of Blissful Booty products. 2 AIO’s, a set of Boosters, Pail Liner, Cloth Wipes, Wipe Water Concentrate, and Spray Bottle. I wanted to try everything out right then and so I got to it.The first thing I have to say about the Blissful Booty AIO Diapers is that they are as simple to use as a disposable, but much comfier on babies bum – seriously!
Blissful Booty Cloth Diapers are available in 5 sizes that span from 5 to 35+ pounds. Simply lay baby on diaper and attach with the hook and loop closure – no stuffing, no folding, no snapping squirmy babies. This is a diaper that even a person with zero cloth diapering experience wouldn’t have a problem with…. and if they do they would probably have a problem using a sposie too, hehe. Anyhow… the outside of the diaper is made of a soft, waterproof TPU cloth and is available in celery and buttercream. I mentioned that this diaper closes with hook and loop closure, but it also has crossover front tabs which are perfect for thin babies or when transitioning to a bigger size. There are also large soft fold back laundry tabs so you can avoid the dreaded diaper snake.
The inside of the Blissful Booty Cloth Diaper is just as impressive. First of all it is SO soft…. seriously you will wish your own underwear were made of this material – why do babies get to have all the fun? Hehe. The inner lining is made of luxurious stain resistant no-pill microfleece that wicks moisture away from baby’s sensitive skin and the inner soaker is made of super absorbent microfiber terry. The diaper as-is works perfectly during the day and nap time for us, but when I use it for a night time diaper I just add a Booster Pad and we are good to go. All you have to do is place the pad between the inner leg casings and you’re all set. Easy Peasy!This diaper truly holds in the mess and looks super cute too…
Another way to save even more money cloth diapering is to switch to cloth wipes. Blissful Booty Cloth Wipes come in packs of 10 and measure 7″x7.5″ making them a perfect size to fit in a recycled wipes container. They are made of 100% cotton with one side a textured cotton terry and the other a soft cotton flannel. These wipes are very soft and with their generous size one is usually enough to get the job done.
It is possible to use cloth wipes by just moistening them with warm water, but if you want your cloth wipes to smell good and glide over your little ones bum with ease you will definitely want to try out the Blissful Booty Wipe Water Concentrate. It is made with soothing organic aloe, chamomile, lavender and vitamin e so it is gentle on baby’s skin. Jojoba and rosehip oil add to the soothing qualities of the concentrate and tea tree oil adds natural antimicrobial properties.
