BumGenius Artist Series Review & Giveaway

I am so excited to introduce my readers to an amazing woman – Jennifer Cole-Regis.  Jennifer has been hanging out with Happenings of the Harper Household since soon after I launched my blog.  In fact she won the first cloth diaper giveaway I posted!  And boy has she been busy since then….

Jennifer Cole-Regis is a Deaf Diaper Parties consultant for Everything Birth, Inc. As the only Deaf consultant for Everything Birth, Inc., she provides one-on-one personal consultations and group parties via ASL as well as online consultations with anyone who would like some assistance. After researching cloth diapers on her own for months during her pregnancy and then cloth diapering her daughter’s bum since 10 days old (now 5 months old), she became an official consultant after several inquiries by friends and family who wanted to learn or try cloth diapers on their babies too. “I loved and continue to love cloth diapering and want others to learn and love them too. It made sense to me to earn some extra income doing something I love. I’m not about the money though-I’m about helping people to find a cloth diaper style that works for them and their families.”

So now you know that Jennifer is a consultant for Everything Birth, Inc….. but what exactly is Everything Birth?  Glad you asked, hehe!  Everything Birth, Inc. is an amazing website that has absolutely everything you can think of from birth supplies to cloth diapers.  They have just about every cloth diaper you can think of including a favorite of many momma’s – BumGenius.  I had never tried out BumGenius (I know CRAZY) so I was beyond thrilled when Jennifer offered to send me a BumGenius Artist Series 4.0 One Size Diaper.

Sugar received the Free Spirit design – isn’t it absolutely stunning?

And not only is this diaper absolutely gorgeous, but is also has some amazing features:

  • Durable snap closures help keep diapers on older babies.
  • Generous sizing accommodates larger babies.
  • Easily replaceable elastic keeps your diapers fresh.
  • 3×3 snap down design adjusts the sizing to fit small, medium and large sizes (approx. 7-35+ pounds).
  • Trim, snug and comfortable stretchy tabs provide a custom fit.
  • Waterproof insert stopper prevents leaking at the tummy.
  • Diapers are bundled with two inserts: a newborn insert and a one-size insert for your older baby.
  • Wide slot opening makes it easy to stuff and remove insert.
  • Slot cover protects your baby from wetness.

I absolutely love how snug and trim the BumGenius 4.0 One Size Diaper is and it is super absorbent.  I currently use the one-size insert and haven’t had a single leak.  As Sugar gets older I will be able to add the newborn insert as a booster.  This is definitely one of the first diapers I reach for when laundry is done.  And how stinkin cute does Sugar look rockin’ her Artist Series diaper?

And you can purchase one from the Everything Birth, Inc. website for $19.95!  Jennifer has also very generously sponsored a giveaway here too!  Want to win  your very own BumGenius Artist Series diaper in a surprise print?  Be sure to enter below!  I’m trying out a new way to enter giveaways…. let me know what you think.

Giveaway ends on August 1st 2011 at 12:01AM EST.

I like the Free Spirit print you got.

I think Rafflecopter is easy but sometimes doesn’t load on certain pages so it can be annoying.

If I were to win, I’d love either the Free Spirit or Retail Therapy! I like that this new form is faster to enter, and I do like that when I return later, I can see which things I did without having to scroll through tons of comments trying to figure out what I’ve done.

I would love to win an Eiffel Tower print diaper – the black and white is so classic! I’m undecided about the new entry method. When it works right, it seems to be easier to track what I’ve already done. I’ve had a couple other sites where it had some glitches, but that was a while ago, so maybe they’ve fixed it.

    Love Bumgenius! 🙂
