Cups… they are my biggest enemy.  Don’t laugh!  I am serious.  Every time I buy a cup for Dilly or Sugar that claims to be spill proof I will be all happy with it for a few days and then it starts leaking.  What???  I thought it said spill proof!  Lies.  All lies.  That is until I found the Contigo AUTOSEAL Kids Trekker Cup.  This is the first cup I have found that is truly spill proof and has remained spill proof for over a month and I see no chances of that changing.

This cup is seriously amazing.  It is perfect for kids that have outgrown sippy cups, but have not outgrown spilling…. who am I kidding, that could be me as well, hehe.  What makes this cup so amazing is that it uses AUTOSEAL technology to prevent accidental spills between sips because it automatically seals.  You simply press the button which opens the spout and when released it automatically closes.

Not only is the AUTOSEAL lid 100% leak proof and 100% spill proof, but it also a one piece design!  This means no loose pieces to search for – just simply screw the lid onto the top of the cup and your done.  It holds 14 ounces which is more than enough to quench your youngsters thirst and the easy grip shape make it super easy for little hands to hold on to.  I know with smaller sippy cups I was constantly refilling them… perhaps that was because they were losing half their drinks through leakage though, hehe.  And to put your mind at ease the Contigo AUTOSEAL Kids Trekker Cup is 100% BPA, phthalate, and PVC free.  Plus to make life even easier it is top rack dishwasher safe – doesn’t get much easier than that.

Since this cup is truly spill and leak proof I have complete confidence that nothing will be ruined when I toss it in the diaper bag when we are out and about.  It would also be perfect for packing lunches when Dilly starts attending school.  Right now Dilly has been on a kick that she MUST have a cup with her when she goes to bed and this is the only cup we have that I know without a doubt will not leak all over her bed when she is asleep.  It’s literally her security blanket, hehe.
