I am always on the lookout for fun family friendly activities to enjoy with Dilly and Sugar and when I came across Rockin’ Robin’s Amazone Family Entertainment Center in Medina, Ohio I knew we had to check it out.  Amazone houses North East Ohio’s largest indoor playground plus a large laser tag arena and arcade.  Plus they also have 5 jungle themed birthday party rooms for group events!

When we first arrived at Amazone Dilly and Sugar were immediately drawn to the massive playground.  And when I say massive I truly mean it!  It is three stories tall and is loaded with slides, tunnels, a tree house, nets, and so much more.  There is a toddler area for children three and under which costs $4 for same day unlimited play and a large playground for children three and over which costs $8 for same day unlimited play.  Adults play free on the playground when accompanied by a child and toddlers are welcome on the larger playground as long as an adult is with them at all times.  Well ya know my little dare devil Sugar was all over the large playground!  And the best part is everything is big enough for adults to enjoy without feeling claustrophobic or fearing getting stuck in a tunnel – even pregnant me had a ton of fun crawling through the tunnels with the girls.  And they had SO much fun as you can see….

Once we had worked up a big appetite from crawling, sliding, and climbing through the huge playground Dustin, Dilly, Sugar, and I sat down to enjoy some yummy food from the snack bar.  There are tons of options from nachos to hot pretzels to hot dogs and tons more!  We enjoyed a large pepperoni and cheese pizza as well as a pitcher of pop.  The pizza was SO good and reasonably priced as well.  The girls, Dustin, and I devoured it!

Once our bellies were full of yummy cheesy pizza we headed over to the arcade to play some games.  The arcade has over 50 games with something for the entire family.  Sugar liked the moving airplane and four wheeler the best and Dilly was a fan of games that required a little bit of skill.  Of course Dustin could be found on the racing games.  After trying out almost every game we had a ton of tickets to spend at the prize counter.  Dilly and Sugar decided on some temporary tattoos, bracelets, and candy.  It’s amazing how happy a temporary tattoo and some tootsie rolls can make a 1 & 3 year old, hehe.

After we were done playing in the Arcade we headed back to the playground for a little more fun before heading out.  The girls had so much, as did Dustin and I!  We will definitely be going back to Amazone soon… I’m sure next time Dustin will want to try out the Laser Tag Arena, hehe.  So if you are in or near Medina, Ohio be sure to check out Amazone – I guarantee you will have a blast.  And your little ones will fall asleep before you even pull out of the parking lot and all parents now a quiet drive home is priceless!

Wow, what a great place to have a family day! My kids would love to go somewhere like this, but sadly most of the family places here are either super expensive, or not very fun. :(
