When shopping for fun toys for the kiddos in your life you definitely won’t go wrong when selecting Fisher-Price. We have tons of Fisher-Price toys around our home and my girls love playing with all of them. One of their newest toys is the Giggle Gang and I was excited to receive two to try out. Since these are designed for little ones 6 months and up Willow will probably be the one to play with them the most, but since she is still baking (currently under the right side of my ribs) her big sisters have put them to the test for her, hehe.
The Giggle Gang is available in six different color combinations and they each have their own unique giggle! My girls received Curly and Kiwi to try out and I can definitely tell you the laughter is contagious. Even my neighbor’s daughter joined in on the fun.
All of the Giggle Gang characters are not only adorable, but also super soft and cuddly – Kaelyn loves taking them to bed with her at night. Plus they have lots of bright colors, patterns, and textures to help promote baby’s sensory skills as well as giving them lots of places to gnaw on when teething. I am sure Willow will love that all she has to do is squeeze or shake her Giggle Gang friends to make them laugh which ultimately will teach her about cause and effect. As a mom I love when learning is disguised by fun and giggles!
I also love the fact that the entire internal component can be removed so that I can throw the Giggle Gang friends in the wash. That is super awesome because I am sure they will get a bit nasty after being chewed on by a teething baby, hehe. You can also adjust the volume of the giggle or turn it completely off which is ideal when Kaelyn takes them to bed with her. I have to mention that even on the loudest setting they never seemed annoying and trust me I have heard my fair share of annoying toys. Plus there is a convenient loop on the top of each characters head so that you can easily attach a ring and hook them to the stroller, car seat, high chair, or anything really.
