pregnancy journalWelcome to the “My Pregnancy Journal” meme, so if you are a pregger blogging mama then you will definitely wanna link up.

There are only three super simple rules that must be followed.

1.)  Grab the button from my right side bar and place in your post.
2.)  Copy & paste the questions you feel comfortable answering.
3.)  Link up with your pregnancy journal entry for this week at the bottom of my post – if you link to your blog’s home page unfortunately I will delete it from the list.

And this week Willow doesn’t have much room to maneuver now that she’s honeydewover 18 inches long and tips the scales at 5 1/4 pounds. Because she’s so snug in my womb, she isn’t doing somersaults anymore, but the number of times she kicks my ribs with ridiculous force has stayed the same, hehe. Her kidneys are fully developed now, and her liver can process some waste products. Most of her basic physical development is now complete — and she’ll spend the next few weeks putting on weight.  This is what she looks like this week…

About me & Willow Jean this week….

Symptoms:  Ohhhh the heartburn.  I’m also super tired and just wanna sleep all the time.  And this lil girl just loves my ribs so much that she doesn’t want to even budge an inch down.  When I bent over the tub to give the girls a bath I puked in my mouth.  When I bent over to pick up the razor to shave my legs I puked in my mouth.  I have definitely had enough of that!  Oh and my breast milk is definitely in…. it has been for a while, but it just streams out in the shower now.  And one more thing – the other night Dustin said he didn’t feel good and then ended up with a nasty flu bug and of course I got that as well.  And so at about 2am or so I ended up in the bathroom for a good hour with grossness coming out both ends of me.  It was AWFUL.  Luckily it was a short bug and after I had everything out of my system and slept it off I was back to normal.

Weight Gain: -4 pounds, putting me at 168 pounds total…. I started at 161, so a total of 7 pounds up.  I’m thinking this had a lot to do with that lil flu bug and the fact that Willow is so far up that I can barely eat anything.

Cravings:  Sonic or Dairy Queen ice…. I have ate SO much of it lately.

Food Aversions:  Nothing really sounds good because there is just no room for me to fit it in my belly.

What made me cry this week:  I had a bit of family drama, but it’s been resolved and all is well now.  But it did make me cry and my blood pressure sky rocket.  I’m really surprised I didn’t end up with at least Braxton Hicks contractions with how upset I was.

Medical Stuff:  I started going to the Chiropractor last week because we found one that actually accepts our insurance.  He is awesome and I really felt comfortable with him.  Anyhow…. I have now had three back adjustments and I am feeling so much better already.  I go back tomorrow!

Thoughts from Alleigh & Kaelyn:  Dustin gave the girls a bath tonight and when he got them out he asked Alleigh which towel she wanted…. we have lots that look like different animals.  Anyhow, she picked the penguin and said she was going to waddle to the living room.  Dustin asked her who else waddles and without skipping a beat she said “Momma.”  Thanks Alleigh!!

Something I am excited about: We have been invited to visit Cedar Point and so on Sunday Dustin, the girls, and I will be heading there to check out the amusement park and stay over night in one of their hotels.  The hotel has beach access and numerous pools which is what I am most excited about… well that and getting to spend some quality time with my girls before Willow makes her arrival.  And of course I will be telling ya all about it when we return.

Drama is so much harder to deal with when you are pregnant. I’m glad you were able to get it resolved.
