A couple days ago I stopped at Wal-Mart to grab a couple things and as I was walking through the store I stumbled upon Christmas decorations. Ornaments, wrapping paper, Christmas trees, giant yard inflatables. And I found myself thinking “Really Wal-Mart? REALLY? We haven’t even made it to Halloween yet!” And though I am not ready to see Christmas decorations in stores I will admit that it is on my mind. I am one of those people that decorates my house the day after Thanksgiving – after Black Friday shopping of course – and then I want to have my Christmas Cards out in the mail as soon as possible.
So basically this means I want them done before Thanksgiving even gets here. I’ve been browsing around online and Shutterfly has some awesome cards to choose from this year including traditional colors and embellishments to merry and bright colors that take on a modern feel. Plus they also have religious/scripture based cards (including Hanukkah) as well as cards that you can share your fur babies photos on…. before Alleigh was born my Christmas cards always had the cats on them, hehe. Whatever your style is I’m sure you will find something that will be a perfect fit.
I’ve been browsing around the Shutterfly website and have found a few different options that just might be THE card our family, friends, and loved ones receive in the mail this holiday season. I absolutely love monograms and this card just feels perfect for the Harper Household. Now the only problem will be getting all three of my girls in one picture with their eyes open and smiles on their faces. If I start trying now I just may be able to do it!
And if all else fails I could always go with a card that has multiple pictures on it so that I can save my sanity. This would be perfect… three photo slots for my three gorgeous girls. So many choices!
Plus Shutterfly always has lots of special offers to take advantage of…. trust me I know sending out Christmas cards can get expensive. It’s not only the cost of the cards, but the postage too…. and let’s face it stamps cost a fortune! So make sure you save money where ya can. Right now there is a code for free shipping on order of $30 or more (SHIP30) plus lots more to check out. Just remember to check out the special offers page before placing your order so you can save that hard earned money!
And of course I want to share an awesome giveaway with my readers. One lucky Happenings of the Harper Household reader is going to win a $50 gift card to Shutterfly! Please note that this does not cover shipping and can not be added to other promotional codes. So what are you waiting for? Enter on the Rafflecopter form below! Good luck.
