As you may already know Mama Harper is a Contours Mom and that means I get to share my thoughts on all sorts of great Contours products with my awesome readers.  So far I have told you everything you could possibly want to know about the Classique 3-in-1 Pink Bassinet and Optima Tandem Stroller.  We loved the Contours Optima Tandem Stroller so much that I knew for our family the only logical choice for a single stroller would have to be the Contours Options 3-Wheeler Stroller and I was definitely right!  Read on to learn about all the awesome features that make the Contours Options 3-Wheeler Stroller my go to single stroller whether it’s a walk around the neighborhood, trip to the mall, or browsing around a local craft show.

FEATURES I LOVE

Reversible Seat:  I typically don’t use a stroller often when my babies are wee little because I prefer baby wearing so that they are close to me and can see me.  But the ability to reverse the seat fixes that problem.  I love that with the Contours Options 3-Wheeler Stroller I can choose to have Willow face me so it keeps her happy while my back, shoulders, and arms get a little break – yes, even the comfiest baby carrier gets tiresome after a while.

Infant Car Seat Compatible:  An infant car seat adapter is included with this stroller which eliminates the need for a “Snap n Go” stroller because now my single stroller is one!  Simply remove the stroller seat with the push of two red buttons and snap the infant car seat adapter on.  Plus there is a huge list of compatible car seats including the car seat we use for Willow – Chicco KeyFit30.  Once you set the infant seat into the adapter there is a red safety strap which keeps the car seat snug and secure.  This is perfect when we want to use a stroller but don’t want to take Willow out of the car seat especially in the cold winter Ohio weather.

Multi-Position Recline:  I have used very few strollers that are ideal for newborns, but I am pleased to say that this is one of them and it’s all becauseContours Options 3-Wheeler Stroller of the multi-position recline feature.  The seat can be upright, full reclined, or right in the middle depending on what you need at any given moment.  Plus it is very easy and quiet to recline with a small red latch on the seat back – so no worries about waking a child that has just fallen asleep.  Since Willow is still a bitty baby {and I hope she stays that way a long time} we use the full recline position for her, but if Kaelyn, Alleigh, or even my niece Kenzie are using the stroller they typically choose either fully upright or the middle which is just a slight recline.

And that was just a few features.  I also love that the parent tray has two cup holders that accommodate my large sweet tea – yes, I have a slight addiction.  The center compartment is great for tossing my phone or keys though I wish it had a lid so those things would be out of sight.  There is tons of storage space underneath thanks to the large basket which makes this a great stroller for shopping trips.  This was also my first time using a three wheel stroller and I have to say this is by far the easiest stroller to steer that I have ever used – plus the wheels are very durable and you’ll never have to worry about them going flat.  The back wheels do make the stroller a tad wide, but after I got used to the width that wasn’t an issue.  And one more thing, folding this stroller is a cinch – you can leave the seat attached and it stores upright!  Not to mention the polka dot pattern is just adorable.

I truly can’t say enough good things about the Contours Options 3-Wheeler Stroller.  If you are looking for an amazing single stroller with all the bells and whistles that will work from newborn up to 50 pounds then this is definitely the stroller you want.  And at only $169.99 you can’t go wrong.

  1. I LOVE the reversible seat! That would have been so nice to have when my babies were little!
Also love the dual cup holders! LOL! So often the strollers I have either don’t have a cup holder, or there’s just one which most often ends up holding my kids’ cup rather than mine.

  4. I’m dying to get a new stroller for this new baby, because I want one that can be reversed to face me! I love the many features of this stroller – will definitely keep it in mind!

  5. What a great stroller! 🙂 I think I’ll have to look into getting this one to have as a single stroller. I really like the seat being able to turn around like that.

looks like its easy to use- and very lightweight:) love it . great review

  7. I love that it can hold up to 50 lbs- Shane, at 40 lbs, has outgrown most strollers.

  8. Amanda says:

I love that the seat moves so it can face you or face out. There are so many times that I am out with my daughter and wish I could have her facing me instead.

  9. Laura Grace Andry says:

I love parent trays. I have no idea why companies keep getting rid of them. I have one stroller with a parent tray and I use it more than any other stroller for this reason alone. Parent trays are a MUST!
