Make Potty Training Fun with the Pull-Ups Big Kids App!

As part of the Pull-Ups “First Flush” Ambassador Program I had the pleasure of hosting a little get together for Kaelyn and her potty training buddies.  Now it was nearly as big as the NYC Larger Than Life Potty Training Celebration in Times Square, but the kiddos still had a good time, hehe.

Pull-Ups

Due to the crazy amount of germs making their way around and the sudden snow storm only a few friends were able to make it to the party, but we made the best of it.  Everyone chowed down on fruit, dip, and snack cakes.  Then while the little ones played and had a blast with their party hats and noise makers the momma’s spent some time chatting about potty training tips.  When the party was over everyone was thrilled to head home with their own potty training chart, stickers, and coupons to stock up on Pull-Ups.

I also took some time at our party to share the Pull-Ups Big Kids App which is an ultimate potty training tool featuring some of my kiddos favorite Disney characters including Rapunzel and Pascal!  This app is available for the iPPullUpsPicturehone as well as Android phones and is jam packed full of potty training tools to make the experience more fun for everyone.  You’ll find the Pull-Ups Big Kid 3D Celebration, Potty Rewards (games), fun Photo Frames for capturing all those potty training successes, Big Kid Timer, Phone Calls from Disney characters, Videos & Song to jam out to, and Training Tips/Articles for mom and dad.  Kaelyn really likes the Potty Rewards (games) – especially the Rapunzel game – and so we have been letting her play each time she successfully pees on the potty.  It’s definitely keeping her interested!

And I’ll finish up by sharing how our IMG_8737potty training journey is going with Kaelyn.  Munchkin is starting to take more interest…. since she sees big sister Alleigh using the potty and getting to wear fun big girl undies she is wanting to do those things as well.  I can report that she is using the potty more often than before so that is definite improvement.  And as I previously mentioned she loves playing the Potty Reward games so that is definitely a big motivator in getting her to use the potty more frequently.  I’m still taking the stress free approach and letting her lead the way.  For now she has informed me that she will pee on the potty, but poop in her Pull-Ups.  One step at a time… one step at a time…. hehe.  And so one day I will be able to share that Kaelyn is completely potty trained, but I kinda expect it to happen like Alleigh.  One day she just decided that she was done with Pull-Ups and that was that…. I just don’t know when that day will be for Kaelyn.  For now she looks adorable rockin her Minnie Mouse Pull-Ups though.

How is potty training going in your house?  Do you have any tips or tricks that worked really well?  I highly suggest downloading the Pull-Ups Big Kids App.  It’s sure to be a hit with the little ones in your life!  Oh and be sure to like the Pull-Ups Facebook page to connect with other parents who are also working on potty training with their little ones plus enter the sweepstakes to win a trip to the most magical family getaway destination on Earth!

I participated in a campaign on behalf of Mom Central Consulting for Pull-Ups. I received product samples to facilitate my review and to host a party. I received a promotional item as a thank you for participating.

These seem to make life easier all the way around. I wish they’d had them when my kids were young. Moms now have it so easy!! LOL!

  3. Ya know, I’ve seen these posts going around but I didn’t realize this app could be downloaded on an Android too, I thought it was just for the iPhones… thanks! Gracie is potty trained during the daytime and 99% trained at night, but has the occasional accident but we are working on one of my daycare kids. I think I might download this for him on my phone and also tell his mom about it too. Thanks for the info!

lol I definitely don’t miss those days! Absolutely loved the pull-ups. I mostly trained by letting them go nakey during the day and used pull-ups at night! Would’ve been fun to have a celebration!!

  5. Mary D says:

We used an older version of this app to train my second and it worked really well. I think it helped that the app was telling him it was time to stop what he was doing to sit on the potty and not mom.

  6. Dawn says:

Wow, there’s an app for everything now! Seriously though, what a fun idea. I haven’t had to potty train in a while, but rewards, potty videos and having them look at books helped my kids.
