I have been cloth diapering Corbin since he was about a month old. During these last 3 years of cloth diapering we have used a wide range of styles and brands but one that I had never heard of was the Imagine baby products company. So naturally when I was offered the opportunity to review a diaper from Imagine I jumped at the chance.

First let me tell you a little about the Imagine baby products company. Imagine baby products is owned by Nicki, who is also the owner of Nicki’s Diapers and the creator of Best Bottom Diapers. Nicki came up with the idea for the Imagine baby products and the Imagine Advocacy Program when she saw that there was a need to spread education about how easy todays cloth diapers are and she was being questioned about how people could start their own cloth diaper businesses. She knew that it was difficult to start a cloth diaper business so decided to take away all of the hard work of inventory and overhead costs for people making it easy. Through the Imagine advocacy program you can earn free diapers by just sharing your knowledge of cloth diapers with your friends. You can learn more about the advocacy program and how to sign up on the Imagine Baby Product website.

We were sent two pocket diapers in marigold and raspberry to review. Let me tell you I am in love with this diaper! I have used it on both of my boys and I am able to get a great fit on both. I cannot say that about all the cloth diapers that I have tried in the past. This pocket diaper comes with a free adjustable insert made of 4 layers of microfiber and the lining is a super soft no-pill fleece. The opening for the pocket is huge compared to others that I have tried. I usually don’t have an issue with my hands fitting in the openings while stuffing pocket diapers but I am confident that the opening on this diaper would fit daddy Hilton’s hand if he ever got the bug to stuff diapers on laundry day. There are 3 rows of rise snaps on the front of the diaper. The bottom row of rise snaps fits babies approximately 5-15 pounds (small). The middle row is for babies 15-23 pounds (medium) and the top row fits 23-35 pounds (large).

When I first put the diaper on Corbin who weighs 28 pounds I had it where it was the large size per the suggestion for sizing on the website. That did not fit him well so we tried the medium size on the rise and had a great fit. I just love how trim this diaper is on him and how absorbent it is. We are currently working on potty training Corbin but he will still occasionally have a wet diaper and is a heavy wetter. I have had no issues with leaks with this diaper. I have even used it overnight with no leaks. On Gavin who weighs 20 pounds I set the rise on small for him and had a great fit from the start.

For a pocket diaper on him this is pretty trim compared to our others. I also love how the insert is adjustable. As a mom of two boys I have always had to fold inserts down a little in the front to give extra absorbency. When you do that with this insert the insert is still nice and long. This diaper has quickly became my go to diaper.

The diapers we received to review had the snap closure but are also available in hook and loop. The hook and loop option has fold back tabs for easy laundering. There are 5 beautiful colors to choose from and 3 very cute prints too! The pocket diaper retails for $13.95 but is on sale right now for $10.95. Go check out their other items too. They have extra inserts, fitted diapers, newborn diapers and more! And guess what – one lucky reader is going to win their own pocket diaper. To enter fill out the form below – good luck!
