Watch Willow GrowAfter some thought I have decided to continue the weekly Watch Willow Grow updates.  I love being able to look back on these journals and see how she has changed and when she learned to do new things.  Hopefully you enjoy reading them and looking at the pictures just as much.  If you’ve been reading them for a year then I suppose you do, hehe. And so welcome to the second year of Willow’s life…

This week we also discovered that Willow is afraid of gum and that my mom found it completely hilarious…. ok, so did I, hehe.  Sorry that the video is sideways – I recorded it and uploaded it to Instagram but didn’t think of which way I was holding the phone.

Sleeping:  For the past few days Willow has been waking up around midnight and nursing but then going back to sleep til about 6am.  I’m perfectly fine with that since I am always still up by midnight anyhow.

Eating: Willow is still nursing lots.  She also drinks lots of water and seems to favor chicken over other meats.

Places She Went:  Ummmm…. we were rather boring this week.  That’s what happens when it starts getting cold in Ohio – we become home bodies!  We did go get family pictures taken though.

A First… Willow took her first steps this week!  I was taking pictures for the Yala Designs review and she took two steps.  The look on her face was priceless – so proud of herself.  I’ve been trying to get her to do it again, but she just stands there, laughs, and then sits down.  Silly baby!
