While doing some shopping and talking to vendors at MommyCon Chicago a few weeks ago, Mama Harper and I stopped in to say hello to the lovely ladies with Crane. Both of us were already big fans of Crane and their very cute humidifiers, so we knew their company well. I had come to MommyCon with a list of items I needed to buy, and among them wasn’t a new humidifier, but something I else I saw (much to my surprise!) right there on Crane’s table- their brand new Belly Glo Night Lights!

Crane Belly Glo Night Light

Since our 18 month old is starting to have a slight fear of being alone in the dark, my husband and I have been looking for a night light for him that would brighten his room, but be safer than a traditional night light (since he likes to unplug every. single. one. in our house on a daily basis). Plus, all of the outlets in his room are blocked by furniture (for the above reason), so I knew my mission for the right night light was going to be quite tricky. Wouldn’t you know that Crane already knew my problem and had a solution for me with the Belly Glo!

What makes the Belly Glo night lights so unique and perfect for myself and lots of other families is that the Belly Glo is a two-in-one system. The belly light portion can be removed, the plug arms extended, and it becomes a traditional plug-in night light on the wall. On top of that, each belly light also has a rechargeable battery, and can be used inside the soft, but durable, rubber Belly Glo pal for up to 8 hours (although mine have stayed charged for waaaaay longer!). So instantly, Crane created a functioning night light that could work well anywhere in an outlet in the home, but can also go right where my boys really want their night lights- next to them in bed!

To make the Belly Glo even more fun, they come in 4 different versions (purple hippo, yellow duck, green frog, and grey elephant), and have two separate light settings. You can choose the traditional white light, or change the switch to operate as shifting blue, red, and green light that makes all of the fun colors in between! Plus, the Belly Glo light turns on automatically in the dark, whether serving as a traditional night light in the outlet or a multicolored one inside the pal.

Belly Glo Night Lights are currently available only on the Crane website for a completely practical price point of $12.99, so it’s easy to grab one for each kiddo in the family. But before you head on over to their site, Crane is also giving away a Belly Glo Night Light to 2 lucky readers right here on the blog! Be sure to enter below to get a chance at winning one for yourself or as a perfect gift for that little one!
