Everyone knows that with every little bundle of joy that comes into the world, comes lots of other little “bundles” that need to get changed every 2-4 hours, 24 hours a day. While many parents start out really excited to change these first diapers, some parents have a totally different thought in mind- a thought of where that next diaper will come from. In fact, 1 in 3 US families will struggle with providing enough clean, dry diapers for their baby at some point in their diapering years. Some parents will even have to chose between food and diapers, and … …..
Thanks to Huggies for sponsoring today’s discussion. I remember a time long long ago….well, a little over six years ago… when the only thing I needed to remember when running errands was my purse. Or when I could clean the house and it stayed that way. It’s amazing how much more time consuming and complicated previously simple tasks take when you add a baby in to the mix. Now three kiddos later and another on the way I sometimes wonder how I get anything accomplished. The unsolicited comments I get while out and about with my little army of mini-me’s … …..
I participated in an Influencer Program on behalf of Mom Central for Huggies. I received a product sample to facilitate my review and a promotional item to thank me for participating. Willow was a late bloomer when it came to crawling and walking, but I never complained because I already had two other kiddos to chase after! Hehe. However once she started moving it almost felt like she was making up for lost time. If I turned around for one second she would be climbing on something she shouldn’t be trying to give her mama a heart attack. With all … …..
This is a sponsored post written by me on behalf of Mom to Mom. With three daughters and another bundle of joy on the way I can definitely say that I have changed my fair share of diapers. And with my oldest about to turn six years old there is one huge thing I have learned over these many years of diapering. Just because a diaper is expensive does not mean it’s the best option. And that’s why I want to share a new line of high-quality baby products designed and created by moms, for moms appropriately named “mom to … …..
This review was made possible by Double Duty Divas and Pampers. I was provided the featured product free of charge to facilitate my review, but all opinions are 100% mine. I’m so happy that spring is finally on the horizon, but one thing that I don’t really look forward to is spring cleaning. With three little ones five and under just keeping the house straightened up and normal chores like laundry and dishes clean can be a challenge. Pampers knows just how rough spring cleaning can be and so they sent us a “Gentle Spring Cleaning” basket to make the … …..
I participated in an Ambassador Program on behalf of Mom Central Consulting for Huggies. I received product samples to facilitate my review and to thank me for my participation. All opinions are my own. Ever since Willow started walking it seems she has decided she is just too busy for diaper changes. When I lay her down to give her a fresh booty she wiggles, squirms, and basically throws a fit making the change take twice as long as it would if she would only lie still. Of course there is no way to get a nineteen month old to … …..
After over 3 years of cloth diapering, I’ve decided I’m done…. Done with the nasty ammonia smell I just can’t get rid of no matter how hard I try. Done with build up. Done with ammonia rashes. Done with the insane static. Done with using disposables because nighttime causes leaks. Just done with microfiber! (You thought I meant diapering in general, didn’t you? Nah, I don’t give up that easy!) So, we’re currently in the process of switching over to natural fibers, mainly cotton and bamboo. I’m especially in love with bamboo right now- it’s soft, super absorbent, and generally … …..
About three and a half years ago I ventured into the world of cloth diapering when Kaelyn Mae was just a wee one. There were so many different options available and so many different brands that I wanted to try. And I did. My diaper stash had just about every brand available in it, but there was one that just stood out to me. That I grabbed first every time diaper laundry was done. And that is when I realized that it was time. It was time to destash all of those other diapers and build one epic diaper stash … …..
This is a sponsored post written by me on behalf of Pull-Ups® Training Pants. Potty training…. I’ll be the first to admit that it’s not something I get excited about. With my oldest I took her to the store, let her pick out a potty chair, and big girl underwear to help with getting her excited when she was about 18 months old. We tried everything we could think of to encourage her to use the potty, but she just wasn’t interested. In fact she didn’t start consistently using the potty until she was a month shy of turning 4 … …..

One of the most beautiful parts of being a mommy is getting to watch your child grow up, milestone by milestone. And while I relish in the excitement of each step, I do sometimes get a little teary-eyed when each step means my babies are getting older. While every first has a special place in my heart, a few of my favorite firsts are the first latch while breastfeeding, first … …..
