1 in 4 Americans Experience Bladder Leakage – Join Me & #DropYourPants for #Underawareness

Thanks to Depend for sponsoring today’s discussion. After giving birth to my absolutely adorable little girls I knew my body would change.  I knew my stomach would never be the same again.  I knew my breasts wouldn’t be as perky… especially after many years of breastfeeding.  I knew those veins and dimpling in my thighs would be around for the long haul.  But something I wasn’t prepared for was losing the control I had over my bladder.  That thing now seems to have a mind of it’s own.  I can’t laugh, sneeze, cough, or throw up without peeing myself!  And … …..

Listerine 21 Day Challenge Update & Twitter Party

Thank you to Listerine & The Motherhood for sponsoring todays discussion. About three weeks ago I wrote a blog post sharing that I would be taking part in the Listerine 21 Day Challenge.  I openly admitted that my oral hygiene habits were lacking and I really needed this challenge.  Up to this point I’ve been cavity free, but I always tend to have plaque build up when I visit the dentist.  I wanted to make keeping my entire mouth healthy a habit – after all these teeth need to last me the rest of my life.  Dentures just don’t sound … …..

I participated in a Blog Blast Activation on behalf of Influence Central for Doctor On Demand. Join Me in the Listerine 21 Day Challenge

Thank you to Listerine & The Motherhood for sponsoring todays discussion. Let’s talk oral hygiene.  I know maintaining an oral care routine is very important to the health of not only my teeth, but my entire mouth yet I continue to fail to make it a priority.  The cold hard truth is that most days I only brush my teeth once a day in the morning after I’ve eaten breakfast.  When evening rolls around and I’ve spent far too long staring into the computer screen downing caffeinated beverages to keep myself awake the last thought on my mind is dragging … …..

When #TheMoodStrikes be Spontaneous with K-Y® Liquibeads

This #TheMoodStrikes shop has been compensated by #CollectiveBias, Inc. and its advertiser. All opinions are mine alone. This coming January I will be celebrating my thirtieth birthday.  Getting older doesn’t bother me that much, after all it’s just a number.  But what I am having some difficulty with is adjusting to all the changes my body has been going through.  And to think I thought it would get easier after dealing with those awkward teenage years going through puberty.  Now I have to deal with extra bodily fluids where I’d prefer them not to be…. like those inevitable leaks when … …..

Enjoy a Clog-Free Holiday with Charmin!

I participated in an Influencer Activation on behalf of Influence Central for Charmin. I received product samples and a promotional item to thank me for my participation. When it comes to toilet paper everyone is familiar with the great debate. Over.  Under.  I’ll be honest with you… I don’t really care much either way, but I do care about what brand of toilet paper is in my bathroom.  I am so particular about my toilet paper that any time I need to use a public restroom I literally cringe when pulling that single ply sandpaper off the roll.  And so … …..

Does Your Bladder Have a Mind of it’s Own? Try New Always Discreet at Target – FREE Sample

Let me start by sharing a little story with you.  A few years ago while very pregnant with my now four year old I was shopping at one of those large wholesale clubs for toilet paper and kitty litter.  I also happened to be dealing with seasonal allergies and had a constant tickle in my throat that would result in horrible coughing fits.  As I pushed the cart through the store one of those coughing fits ensued and…. I peed my pants.  This was no trickle.  This was straight up peeing my pants.  Never before had I been so happy … …..

Stopping Eczema Before it Starts with #AveenoEczemaTherapy

I participated in an Influencer Activation Program on behalf of Influence-Central for #AveenoEczemaTherapy. I received a sample to facilitate my review and a thank you item for participating. Although I’m sad to see summer go, I really love lots of things that winter brings with it. There’s something magical about snow on the ground, Christmas lights everywhere, hot chocolate with lots of whipped cream, and all of the family and love of the season. Something that’s not so magical about the colder months, however, is a skin condition we battle every cold season with the boys- eczema. I was surprised … …..

Bath Time Just Got Easier with Baby Mantra

I participated in Influencer Activation on behalf of Mom Central Consulting for Baby Mantra. I received product samples to facilitate my review and a promotional item to thank me for participating. All three of my girls have sensitive skin, but that sensitivity really seems to be amplified in their first year of life.  They never reacted well to the  vast majority of well known baby shampoos and lotions which would leave their their delicate newborn skin rough and dry.  I remember Alleigh having super rough patches behind her ears and Kaelyn having them in the creases of her elbows.  It … …..
