CarHolders_thumb.jpg

Even as adults, it’s usually not fun to put away all of our things, so I know it’s not a fun chore for my kids either. But I also really love their toys to be picked up and their room to be relatively tidy on a daily basis. Besides making the house look better, it makes me just feel better too, know what I mean? Well, in January, Perpetual Play Group Limited partnered exclusively with Target to create a line of creative and fun storage solutions for kids call ToyTainer that makes the job of cleaning up toys much more … …..

Conquering the Christmas Toy Chaos with Brother P-touch

brotherptouch.jpg

I participated in an Ambassador Program on behalf of Mom Central Consulting for Brother P-touch. I received a product samples to facilitate my review and promotional item as a thank you for participating. Soon after the holidays I packed up the Christmas decorations – well everything except for my penguins and snowmen since those can stay out until winter is over.  It was so easy to put everything in its correct storage bin since I had labeled them with my Brother P-touch Easy Handheld Label Maker.  But the toys… oh my goodness it looked like Toys R Us had exploded … …..

My house is tiny. There’s no way around it. And with 5 people in it, there’s sometimes no way to get through it either, hehe! That’s why I’m always looking for great storage solutions to keep things (somewhat) organized. When we were approached by Way Basics, I knew right away how perfect their furniture pieces would be for our home. Way Basics is a company dedicated to creating furniture pieces that are sustainable, eco-friendly, and simply creative. They have created a brand new type of recycled material, called zBoard, which they make all of their products from. Made from 99% … …..

santa_thumb.jpg

I participated in an Ambassador Program on behalf of Mom Central Consulting for Brother P-touch. I received a product samples to facilitate my review and promotional item as a thank you for participating. About a month ago I shared how excited I was to be chosen to be a Brother P-touch Ambassador.  Ever since then I have had so much fun labeling practically everything in our home.  Perhaps I’ve gone a little label crazy.  I even had to stop by OfficeMax to get some more tape – there were so many choices! So far my biggest project was organizing Alleigh … …..

Go Label Crazy with Mama Harper & Brother P-touch

PTouch1_thumb.jpg

I participated in an Ambassador Program on behalf of Mom Central Consulting for Brother P-touch. I received a product sample to facilitate my review and promotional item as a thank you for participating. I love being organized.  Having a place for everything and everything in it’s place helps to keep me on track and focused.  When my house isn’t cluttered my brain isn’t cluttered either.  I’ve found that one of the best way to keep things organized is to make labels – lots of labels.  Up until this point I did the paper, marker, and tape method.  It did the … …..

Staying Organized with the Fellowes Powershred 63Cb Cross-Cut Shredder

powershred.jpg

I participated in a campaign on behalf of Mom Central Consulting (#MC) for Fellowes. I received a product sample to facilitate my review and a promotional item as a thank you for participating. As a stay at home mom to three little ones who also runs this blog I need to stay organized or I would simply lose my mind.  One of the things that drives me absolutely crazy is clutter – especially paper clutter.  And it arrives every single day from the mail man.  For the longest time these papers piled up in what my husband refers to as … …..

Bungalow Transformation: Book Sling Review & Giveaway

100_0366

We love books.  You can find them everywhere in our house.  In fact for the girls birthdays I ask that everyone get them a book and sign it instead of a card – I write this at the bottom of the invitations.  It really helps build their library and keeps a fresh rotation of books coming in.  When we decided to move the girls upstairs I thought it would be neat to have a cute yet functional way to display some of their favorite books and that is when I found Jennifer who owns Shop With Compassion on Etsy.  Jennifer … …..

Have you heard of Thirty-One?  Well if not you are definitely missing out.  They sell everything from storage totes to purses and they can all be personalized!  I love personalized stuff – absolutely L.O.V.E. it.  Sugar and Dilly’s real names are the sort of names that you can not find on any pre-personalized items… think keychains, cups, or those tiny license plates for little one bikes, but at Thirty-One I can put their name on anything!  Well anything in the catalog that is, hehe.  I was so excited when Thirty-One Consultant Megan Dickinson contacted me to see if I would … …..

HIDEit Mounts Review

Do you have a flat screen tv?  We just got one… I kinda promised Dustin that when we had a baby he could get a flat screen tv and now two kids later he finally got his beloved 47″ LG 1080p  120 hz wall mounted tv.  Don’t ask me what half that stuff means – all I know is we have a huge tv hanging in the middle of our living room wall and all I could think about was “where does everything go that was originally in the entertainment center?”  We contemplated a separate cabinet in a corner of … …..
