At all times we have a rather large selection of cereal in our pantry cupboard. Every member of the Harper family loves cereal for breakfast, snacks, and sometimes even dinner. A few of my daughters favorite cereal is Post Cocoa Pebbles, so when I saw the new Post Cinnamon Pebbles I knew we were going to have to give it a try. I was curious if this new cereal would stay true to our old favorites – Cocoa Pebbles & Fruity Pebbles. As I opened the box that sweet cinnamon smell hit my nose and I couldn’t wait to give … …..
This #MerryMeals shop has been compensated by #CollectiveBias Inc. and its advertiser. All opinions are mine alone. I might not like the weather that comes with the winter months in Ohio. In fact I just told Dustin that I must be allergic to the cold. I’ll do anything I can to avoid going out especially when it’s snowing. But I do love the holidays that accompany these freezing months. Thanksgiving just flew by, but Christmas is less than a month away and then immediately following that we get to ring in the new year. My favorite thing about the holidays … …..
This #BackToSchoolSImple shop has been compensated by #CollectiveBias Inc. and its advertiser. All opinions are mine alone. Only 18 more days until my two oldest daughters head back to school. It’s hard to believe I will be driving a third grader and first grader to school this year. A few days ago I took them to get all of their school supplies and while we were at it decided to make a trip through Giant Eagle to get some ideas for school lunches. I really prefer to do my grocery shopping at Giant Eagle because they have a great selection … …..
This #SummerofGrilling shop has been compensated by #CollectiveBias Inc. and its advertiser. All opinions are mine alone. One of my favorite things about summer is grilling out. While the hubby mans the grill our girls have fun playing in the backyard. Plus there’s just nothing better than enjoying a big juicy cheeseburger fresh off the grill with the entire family gathered around the table on our back patio. But before we can enjoy that yummy food I have to make a stop by the grocery store. My favorite local retailer for all of my grilling needs is by far Giant … …..
This #NaturallyCheesy shop has been compensated by #CollectiveBias Inc. and its advertiser. All opinions are mine alone. Autumn is by far my favorite time of the year. I love everything about it. The leaves changing colors and gracefully falling to the ground. The best is driving while the leaves are blowing in the wind and across the roads. Or going for a hike through the woods and hearing the crunch of leaves underneath your feet. And all of the delicious fall foods. Pumpkin everything. Apple cider. Soup. Cornbread and chili. Of course everything gets even better when Kraft Natural Shredded … …..
I admit I’m a bit of a tv junkie. It’s how I unwind after being mom all day. After cleaning the house, feeding the family, changing countless diapers, folding never ending piles of laundry, settling disputes over toys, enduring way too many cartoons, and the list goes on… I totally deserve that time after the kiddos are tucked in bed to unwind. I much prefer to watch a comedy over anything else and one that I can personally relate to is even better. Especially one that makes me think “well it could always be worse,” hehe. Tossing in some adult … …..
My family and I have recently started educating ourselves about the types of foods that we have been eating and how they affect our bodies. More recently, we’ve started a process of slowly eliminating a few things from our diets, especially gluten. We’ve looked into the Paleo lifestyle and all of the benefits, and our interest has been piqued. While I’m slowly learning substitutes and alternatives to grains and gluten, I still have a lot to learn about Paleo cooking. In fact, my biggest hurdle is just trying to figure out what in the world to cook, especially when it … …..
This shop has been compensated by Collective Bias, Inc. and its advertiser. All opinions are mine alone. #KidsChoiceDrink #CollectiveBias One of the great things about having kids… especially as they get a little older… is that you can watch Nickelodeon guilt free. I have no problem admitting that some of my favorite shows are on a “kids” channel – I may have even shed some tears while watching the series finale of iCarly. Now my girls and I have become rather fond of Jessie, Austin & Ally and Nicky, Ricky, Dicky, & Dawn. Oh and I can’t forget Dog with … …..
This shop has been compensated by Collective Bias, Inc. and its advertiser. All opinions are mine alone. #EasyBracketParty #CollectiveBias This week the temperature reached 50° and I’m beginning to believe that spring might actually be on the way. The girls loved riding their bikes up and down the street and the older neighborhood kids could be found shooting hoops at the end of the block. As I watched them play I began to sense a little madness in the air. No matter what part of the country you’re in I bet you felt it too. And with that madness comes … …..
This #TasteTheSeason shop has been compensated by #CollectiveBias, Inc. and its advertiser. All opinions are mine alone. With Halloween celebrations almost over, we had our trick-or-treat yesterday afternoon, Thanksgiving and Christmas are just around the corner. And with that comes the fun, but also stressful time of gift giving. With a new bundle of joy joining our family in the next few weeks, just in time for the holidays, money will be even tighter than usual – especially if the hubby needs to take any extra time off work if things don’t go as planned. Something I have learned over … …..
