6 Must Do Activities for Families Visiting Pittsburgh, PA

Just Ducky Tours Driving

When the girls and I visited Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania on a media trip recently I was absolutely amazed at how much the city had to offer families.  During the few days we had to explore the city we checked out quite a few different attractions that were an absolute blast and today I am excited to share those with you.  Many of these attractions you could spend an entire day at and I could also write pages and pages about them as well.  Instead I am going to give you a little snippet about each attraction and perhaps you will be … …..

Dover International Speedway – Fun for the Whole Family! {Plus Win Tickets to the AAA 400 on October 4th 2015.}

FanZone1_1

I participated in an Influencer Activation on behalf of Influence Central for Dover International Speedway. I received a promotional item to thank me for my participation at the conclusion of the program. Growing up I can remember coming home from church, plopping down on the living room floor, and watching NASCAR on Sunday afternoons.  Now with four daughters of my own and a hubby who also loves NASCAR our Sundays are pretty much the same.  And though we love spending time relaxing together from the comfort of our own couch I’ve been thinking that it would be really exciting to … …..

This shop has been compensated by Collective Bias, Inc. and its advertiser. All opinions are mine alone. #EasyBracketParty #CollectiveBias This week the temperature reached 50° and I’m beginning to believe that spring might actually be on the way.  The girls loved riding their bikes up and down the street and the older neighborhood kids could be found shooting hoops at the end of the block.  As I watched them play I began to sense a little madness in the air.  No matter what part of the country you’re in I bet you felt it too.  And with that madness comes … …..

Head to Cleveland for Some Monster Sized Fun at a Lake Erie Monsters Hockey Game!

MonstersHockey3.jpg

Boys liking sports more than girls is one of those stereotypes that my girls happily break.  They love to kick back on the couch and watch every sport imaginable with their daddy.  But what they enjoy even more is attending live sporting events.  We have taken them to basketball, football, and baseball games which they absolutely loved and so when given the opportunity to attend a Lake Erie Monsters hockey game I knew we couldn’t pass it up!  And so about two weeks ago we piled in the car and headed up to Cleveland to attend the game at Quicken … …..

Never Wordless Wednesday: Girl’s 1st Cleveland Indians Baseball Game

ClevelandIndians6.jpg

Over the weekend we had the opportunity to attend a Cleveland Indians game.  It was Kaelyn and Willow’s first baseball game ever and the first game that Alleigh could remember since she was only one month old at her first game.  We were treated to the Family Social Suite which was full of things to keep the kiddos occupied when they were getting bored by the game… which is quite easy for a 5, 3, and 1 year old.  There was also a restroom in our suite which was awesome so that the girls could go to the bathroom without … …..

Cleveland Cavaliers Games at Quicken Loans Arena – Fun for the whole family!

IMG_0417

Not very long ago I wrote about the awesome time Dustin, Willow, and I had while attending the Cleveland Cavaliers basketball game against the Miami Heat.  I kept thinking that the older girls would have had a blast as well, but taking three little ones to an NBA basketball game seemed like a rather daunting task.  Next thing I knew we were invited to the April 3rd game against the Brooklyn Nets as a family to attend Moondog Night.  And so our family of five with three kiddos under the age of five headed to Cleveland. I love that the … …..
