Since our sweet 4-month-old boy is our last baby, we’re trying to soak in and savor every new milestone, skill, and smile he throws our way. I think I could never tire of watching him learn his current skill of grabbing items of interest and inspecting them. I love seeing his chubby little fingers grasping new objects and turning them over and around, with smiles and looks of awe. Throughout this stage of discovery, toys that pique his interest and encourage exploration are important to keep around. The Manhattan Toy Company is one company that I know I can rely … …..
One of the things that I’m… umm, Santa… struggling with this year is what to fill Willow’s stocking with. On Alleigh and Kaelyn’s first Christmas they were old enough to eat Puffs and yogurt melts so those were a perfect stocking stuffers, but on Willow’s first Christmas she will still be exclusively breastfeeding. So what do I put in there? I finally got a brilliant idea when browsing around the Tommee Tippee website. Bibs & Chewthers!! Whether you bottle feed or breastfeed I am sure you have dealt with milk dribbles. All of my girls have found it fun … …..
Organic toys, organic food…. and now a natural teething pain remedy! The next sponsor I have the pleasure of introducing you to for the “Go Green Giveaway Event: Green Baby/Toddler Prize Pack” is Teething Tots. A bit about Teething Tots: Teething Tots is a home-based, ‘mommy’ run business. My interest in providing natural teething alternatives to other parents blossomed from my own experience with a teething infant. My daughter started to show teething symptoms at the age of 3 months. I had been aware of Amber Necklaces prior to having my own child. However, it wasn’t until the topic of … …..
Babies love to chew and grab everything including their momma’s jewelry which leads to many moms removing their jewelry for their babies first few years of life. Well Smart Mom Jewelry has changed that with Teething Bling. Teething Bling is jewelry that not only looks awesome on mom, but is also completely safe for babies! It is made from the same FDA approved material as most teething toys. They are non-toxic, phthalate, BPA, PVC, latex, and lead free plus have a break away clasp as an added safety measure. I absolutely love all of the donut pendants and bangles. In … …..
I don’t want to worry that the toy I give my baby to play with might be made of materials that can be harmful to them, especially since almost everything goes in their mouth. Playing shouldn’t be full of worry – it should be full of fun. And that is why I want to tell you about DANO and their baby teething toys. Sugar must of felt like one lucky baby when her box of DANO teething toys arrived. She received the DANO Ducki, Circus Teethers, and BugBite. The Ducki lives in the bathtub while the Circus Teethers and BugBite … …..
Teething. Now that’s a word that can make a parent cringe. Dilly was a horrible teether…. oh my gosh… I don’t even want to relive those memories in my thoughts! Sugar hasn’t been as bad, but she is still in discomfort and I hate seeing my little ones in any pain. I really wasn’t comfortable giving her tylenol or orajel constantly because of the adverse reaction Dilly had to an OTC cold medicine, so I went on a search for something more natural. I began using homeopathic teething tablets and then those were recalled! I thought you have got to … …..
When I had Dilly I basically quit wearing necklaces because if I did wear one she was trying to put it in her mouth or pulling on it to the point I was afraid it would break. Neither of those are good options with a baby, so I just gave up on wearing jewelry. The safety of my munchkin was way more important than being fashionable any day of the week. That is why I was so excited when I stumbled upon ChewBeads. A necklace that is specifically designed with little ones in mind? Genius! Lisa Greenwald got the idea … …..
I was super excited to do a review for Smart Mom Jewelry because their products are absolutely gorgeous and useful! From a distance the Teething Bling necklaces and bangles appear to be made of a very hard material, but they are actually made of the same material as most teething toys (a silicone that is phthalate, BPA, PVC, latex and lead free, non-toxic, and dishwasher-safe). Kendra and Amy launched Smart Mom Jewelry in 2002 and their entire company is staffed with Moms! Little drool monster (aka Sugar) and I received a Moonstone & Onyx Teething Bling gift set to try … …..
